  1. How much material will it take to do my project?
    To determine the amount of material needed for your project, please use our concrete calculator or have the dimensions available when contacting the Pioneer dispatch department. Pioneer dispatch can be reached at 302-656-9999 or toll free at 866-888-1600.

  2. How can I receive an estimate for my project?
    To receive an estimate for your project, please contact the Sales, Construction or Building Materials Departments at 302-427-7400.

  3. Will you deliver the material for my project?
    Pioneer will deliver material to your project site—schedule your concrete delivery at least one week in advance, and aggregate deliveries at least two days in advance. When scheduling a delivery, you will need to provide the following information:
    • Quantity of materials needed
    • Type of materials needed
    • Delivery address, directions and a daytime phone number

  4. How far in advance must I place my order?
    To give our customers the very best service, we encourage customers to place their orders 24 hours in advance (during Peak Season, April 1-November 30, 48-hour notice is required). First-round will call orders are considered anything before 9:00 a.m.
